Description
The Nitrite reagent contains benzyl-substituted salt that reacts with nitrite in the urine specimen to yield a colored complex read at a wavelength of 410-415 nm. The color intensity is proportional to the concentration of nitrite present to provide quantitative results up to 10,000 mg/L without sample dilution. Stability and Storage: Unopened and opened bottles are stable until expiration date noted on bottle when stored tightly capped at 2-10 C. Protect both unopened and opened bottles from light.
