Description
The Chromate reagent contains a diazonium salt, which yields a colored complex read spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 546 nm when mixed with chromium (Cr VI) in urine samples. The color intensity is proportional to the concentration of chromium present providing quantitative results. Chromium (III) does not cross-react with this assay. Stability and Storage: Unopened and opened bottles are stable until expiration date noted on bottle when stored tightly capped at 2-10 C. Protect both unopened and opened bottles from light.
